What are your entry conditions?
For your safety, entry requires enclosed shoes and a valid photo ID. Children under 16 are not permitted in the yard. Please review our full entry conditions, found here.
Can I bring my pets?
For safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the yard. However, approved assistance dogs are exempt from this policy. Please note that falsely claiming a dog as an assistance dog may result in a fine.
Are there discounts available?
U-Pull-It is proud to offer our customers the lowest rates in South Australia. For this reason, we do not bargain or provide discounts on parts.
When are you open?
All locations are open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm.
We are only closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
How much does it cost to enter?
Entry to any U Pull It yard costs $2 per person.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
Yes, you must bring your own hand tools when visiting the yard. Free use of engine hoists, wheelbarrows and trolleys is provided on site.
Can I call to check if a part is available?
No, we do not provide part availability over the phone. To check what’s available, you will need to visit the yard in person. Our online stock list shows the latest arrivals, but photos are only a guide.
Are parts tested or guaranteed?
All parts sold at U Pull It are second-hand. If a part is found to be faulty, we offer refunds or replacements after inspection.
What happens to cars before they go in the yard?
Every vehicle is fully depolluted before entering the yard. Hazardous materials such as oils, fuels, coolants and batteries are safely removed and recycled.
Can I buy parts online?
Yes, selected parts are available to purchase online, through our We Pull It service. All orders must be paid in full before collection or delivery.
